As part of the SuppClupp Outbound team you will be focusing on the reactivation and retention of existing players based on services by phone.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent spoken proficiency in English: native UK speaker
- Results oriented and sales minded
- Able to perform sales and act as a customer friendly ambassador for our brands at the same time
- Previous experience with outbound sales, iGaming experience is not a requirement.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Adaptable and flexible to different shifts and willing to work evening-and weekend shifts
- Living in Malta – or willing to move to Malta

Supp Clupp Limited is looking for a new customer-oriented Support Executive to join our ever-increasing support team!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Answering customer queries for all 5 brands via email, chat and telephone in a timely and professional manner
- Providing support on gaming, financial, technical and any other applicable issue related to the customer support department
- Assisting the Marketing Department with promotions and ensuring you are updated on all marketing activities
- Working together with the Payments/Fraud team to resolve customer related issues

- Be prepared to take on additional ad-hoc responsibility including; translation work, website reviews
- Good communication skills

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Assist the Head of VIP, Outbound and Support with the development and execution of VIP related service procedures, policies and standards
- Executing all sorts of VIP benefit initiatives such as VIP campaigns and benefits
- Work on the customer relationship with high value players by interacting with them by chat, phone and e-mail and overall ensuring they have a 24/7 first class experience while playing at our brands
- Compile relevant reports and assist the Head of VIP, Outbound and Support conducting market research
